Maroon Bells Reservations Now Open

Reservations for the iconic Maroon Bells near Aspen are now available. One of Colorado's most photographed spots, the popular hiking trail will once again require a paid reservation in 2022. Parking reservations will be required during the entire season when the road opens on May 15th.

Colorado Marathon Registration is Open

The Colorado Marathon is a gorgeous race held annually in Fort Collins, Colorado. The 2022 will take place on May 1, 2022. Registration for 2022 is open for our 4 races (marathon, half-marathon, 10k, and 5k). A lot of marathons are certified Boston qualifiers. Our course happens to be one of the most successful at providing qualifying performances. The Colorado Marathon is an environmentally conscious event, thus we will only have online registration in an effort to reduce the environmental impact of paper waste and other resources. 

Kara Goucher diagnosed with neurological disorder

The running community was shocked on Tuesday when Kara Goucher, one of America’s most accomplished distance runners, announced that she will no longer be able to participate in the sport she loves. The two-time Olympian explained in an Instagram post that she had been diagnosed with repetitive exercise dystonia and that if she did not drastically cut back on her running, she’d not only risk losing her ability to run, but even to walk.
