Frisco’s Bacon Burner 6K is Back


The Bacon Burner 6k is a 3.8 mile out-and-back run that will take place on a paved recreational trail on Saturday, June 18 at 9:30am at the Frisco Bay Marina. All racers will receive a commemorative Bacon Burner item. All registrants 21 and older will also receive a free beer ticket to redeem at the Frisco BBQ Challenge.

Strollers are welcome but please leave your pet at home. This race is open to all ages and abilities. Register online at:


  • Adult (18+) – $35
  • Youth (6-17) – $25
  • Kids (5 and under) – Free (kids do not receive a race tee, they will receive a kid-friendly custom Bacon Burner item.)

Race registration includes a race tee, a well-marked course, a fully stocked bacon aid station, post-race snacks, and racers who are 21 years or older will receive a token for a free beer that can be redeemed at the BBQ Challenge.


The race starts at 9:30am at the Frisco Marina. Please note that the Frisco Bay Marina is now paid parking. The race will start in three waves: competitive runner (9:30am), average runner (9:35am), and family/walk/jog (9:40am). The course will take place on the Summit County Recreation Path.
