The story of Carmichael Training Systems starts with Chris Carmichael himself. As an Olympian and elite cyclist in the 1980s he raced all over the world, in everything from the World Championships and Paris-Roubaix to the Tour of Italy and Tour de France.

The Colorado Coyotes are a USATF Youth Cross Country club serving youth runners between the ages of 7 to 14. We are based out of Littleton, Colorado.

Running (sports) is a great vehicle for learning about life. Learning hot to manage big feelings, good and bad, and challenging situations, where the stakes are fairly low, to learn how to navigate them later in life.
