Colorado’s Rojas Wins Cherry Blossom 10 Mile; Simpson Gets Second
Nell Rojas of Boulder won the Cherry Blossom Ten Mile Run on Sunday, winning her first national USATF title. She finished the race in 52 minutes 13 seconds to edge second-place Jenny Simpson in 52:16. The race served as the USA Track & Field 10 mile championship.
Part of Boulder County park and Trails will stay closed through spring
The southern half of Heil Valley Ranch in Boulder County, which was heavily impacted by the CalWood Fire in 2020, will stay closed through next spring. This includes 8 miles of trails.
