Trail Town Races

The Trail Town Races in Ridgway, Colorado, is a local running event featuring a 10-mile run and a 5-mile run/walk. Hosted by the San Juan Mountain Runners, the event offers sweeping views of the San Juan Mountains and takes place just a short 30-minute drive south of Montrose.
The event details include:
- Date/Time: Saturday, June 27, 2026, 8:00 a.m.
- Location: Ridgway, CO (approx. 27 miles south of Montrose); Both races start and finish on Palomino Trail in Ridgway across from the Ace Hardware. Turn east at the only traffic signal in Ridgway then right on Palomino Trail.
- Distances: 10-Mile Run and 5-Mile Run/Walk
- Course: The 10-mile is a scenic lollipop loop; the 5-mile is an out-and-back along dirt roads
- Cost: $25.00
