So, you’ve made the commitment to take on the trifecta of physical activity: the triathlon. Maybe you see it as a great physical and social outlet? Maybe you’ve decided it is time to see what the hype is about – after all, more than two million people take part in triathlons each year!

It was a hot and sunny 4th of July as dozens of running events took place across the front range. The Liberty Run 4 Mile attracted hundreds of runners and walkers to Wash Park in Denver.

Sunny skies and warm temperatures greeted 267 participants of Littleton's Firecracker 5K at Clement Park. The 4th of July festivities kicked off early with a fast race, prizes, vendor village, face painting, and Omaha Steaks Gourmet Franks and Village Inn Apple Pies.
