Kick off your Fourth of July with the FireKracker 5k in City Park, Fort Collins! Whether you walk, jog, run, or race, this community favorite welcomes all ages and abilities for a fun and festive morning on one of the biggest celebration days of the year. The event includes a community 5k, Elite 5k, Kids 1-Mile, live announcers, awards, and patriotic energy in the heart of Fort Collins.

Spectator friendly 4-lap Elite 5k race invites competitive and elite runners to compete for a ~$7000 cash prize purse.
