Getting sponsors and updating your progress on social media with the support of your friends and family will keep you on track with your workout goals.

Step One: Click the JOIN TEAM button below and create a fundraising campaign page. Share your movement goal and why you’re dedicating that movement to Planned Pethood International.

Step Two: Share, Share, Share, your campaign page with everyone you know.  Sharing your goals with others helps to motivate your movement.

Planned Pethood International (PPI) is dedicated to an overall healthy lifestyle for you AND your pets. Many of us have become COVID couch potatoes. Let’s start moving again and COMMIT to get FIT! Here are a list of clubs and workout faciilities in the Denver Metro area supporting this event:  Wheatridge Elixir Wellness & Pilates,  Belmar Running Club.
