The Donut Dash 5K will kick off on Sunday, April 2, 2023 at Washington Park in Denver. With themed shirts, finisher’s medals, disposable bib chip timing, free photo downloads, and more, this is a great value and a family friendly fun run. The 5K kicks off at 9 am. Runners and walkers of all ages and paces are welcome.
This year’s event has been awarded the Road Runners Club of America state championship 5k event, with special medals to the overall winners and select age group winners.
The Donut Dash offers a lot of fun and fitness at a more affordable price than other local races. You can also sign up for an entire series to save even more. Runners and walkers will complete a flat and fast 5K course through the park, then enjoy a finisher’s medal, a vendor village, food and drinks, a themed shirt and awards for the top runners.
Runners Roost will help the winners of each race celebrate with gift certificates and they are also giving gift certificates to first, second, and third place age group winners in every race.
A prerace packet pickup will be held at Runners Roost in Denver on Colorado Boulevard on Saturday, April 1. Runners can also register for the race at the packet pickup. On race morning, packet pick up and registration will begin at 8:00 am.
