Running Getaway – Boulder and the Lydiard Foundation USA are proud to present the much anticipated “Part 2” in the new PowerPoint lecture series on the Lydiard Method. Part 1, delivered by Arthur Lydiard himself last fall, presented his revolutionary training method and how it has been used to capture Gold medals and set world records. Part 2 focuses on YOU and runners in the running Mecca of Boulder will be the first to hear this powerful new lecture.

In this seminar, one of Lydiard’s prized pupils, Nobby Hashizume, will show you how to apply Lydiard’s general principles to your own training, no matter if you are training for a 5K or the marathon, are a new runner or a seasoned veteran. Nobby will also help solve the training issues facing today’s runner – a year-round race schedule and balancing training with other life commitments. With this talk, you’ll actually see that you don’t have to be an elite runner or spend all of your time running to benefit from Lydiard’s method. Applying the principles is easy and works!

Also on hand will be Olympic Bronze Medalist, Lorraine Moller who used the Lydiard method throughout her stellar career which also included winning the Boston Marathon as well as two-time Olympian Todd Williams.

Please join us on Friday, June 3rd at 7:30 pm at the Millennium Harvest House Hotel in Boulder for this special presentation. Tickets are $15 and can be purchased online at www.runninggetaway.com/lydiard.htm. Tickets will also be sold at the door. Seating is limited to the first 30 runners to sign up.
