The Flyin’ Lion 5K is a new race supporting the Littleton High School’s Lions Sports Booster Club, a non-profit 501c3 made up of parent volunteers and school administrators. The booster club is committed to providing financial support for all athletic programs at Littleton High School. The race will take plae on October 2 at Littleton High School.
Registration
Online registration closes at midnight on Sept. 30. Race day registration is available for an additional $10. You can mail in your registration by downloading the flyer in the Downloads section below.
$30 – Adult
$28 – Alumni
$25 – Student and Staff
$15 – Elementary Student (grade 5 and younger).
Children 4 and under are free.
T shirts are included with your registration. Every attempt will be made to provide the requested size but only runners who register before Sept. 9 will be guaranteed a race shirt.
Packet pick up
Race bibs and shirts can be picked up on race day beginning at 7:30 a.m. in the LHS stadium near the start line.
Parking and start line
Runners can park in the lots to the west of Littleton High School. The race will start on the track.
The Flyin’ Lion 5K will be professionally chip timed by Colorado Race Timing.
The top male runner and top female runner will each receive $100 cash. The fastest male runner and the fastest female runner up Washington Street will each receive a certificate for a new pair of running shoes. Overall winners are not eligible for the Washington St. hill challenge.
Top male and female runners in each age category will receive awards. Age categories are 8 & under, 9-12, 13-15, 16-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, 80 & over. Overall winners are excluded from age group awards. All registered entrants are eligible from prize drawings at the race finish, courtesy of area businesses. Must be present to win.
