Run the Oh Fudge 5K on Sunday, October 3! It’s a fast and scenic 5K in Denver’s historic City Park with a sweet ending featuring all things FUDGE!

Join fellow runners and walkers to raise money for health in rural Nepal. Produced by Colorado Nepal Alliance and Shoes for Sherpas to benefit their women’s health camp in Nepal. The 5K starts at 9 am, Kid’s Fun Run starts at 8:30 am!

Face painting and kids fun run, as well as five kinds of fudge, hot fudge sundaes and other goodies!

Course description:

The USATF certified course begins and ends on the southwest side of Ferril lake, near the Pavilion.  The closest intersection (outside of the park) to the start of the course is 17th & Steele. This course is known as the ‘City Park Reverse’ course, meaning the uphill near the museum occurs near the beginning of the race.

Directions to start:

Start and Finish are on the southwest side of Ferril lake, near the Pavilion.  The closest intersection (outside of the park) to the start of the course is 17th & Steele.

Parking:

Parking is available at East High School (parking lot at 16th and Josephine).  Please give yourself 10-15 minutes to walk to the race start from this parking lot.

Awards info:

Awards will be given to the top overall male and female finishers (1st-3rd place).  First place male and first place female finishers in the following age groups will also get awards:19 & under20-2930-3940-4950-5960-6970-7980+
