Just over 200 runners and walkers took to the Mary Carter Greenway Trail in Littleton for the the Super Sunday 5K, hosted by South Suburban Parks and Recreation.
Mark Messmer of Castle Rock led all runners to the finish, crossing the line in 15:28. Emily Lamontagne of Centennial ran 20:00 to take top honors for the ladies.
