Colorado Runner

Gabriel Small and Amy Schneider should be pleased. Both runners improved upon last year’s performance at the scenic Steamboat Springs Marathon and were rewarded with a win in the male and female divisions of Sunday’s 30th running of the race. Small turned in a 2:42:41 on the scenic course, besting his 2010 third place finishing time by 10 minutes. Craig’s Todd Trapp was second in 2:51:02; Andrew Maxwell was third in 2:54:12.
