Colorado Runner was founded by Derek and Jessica Griffiths in 2003. They were becoming frustrated with looking for races and race results in Colorado, so they decided to put a magazine together to allow local runners one resource for all their running needs. Thus, Colorado Runner was born.

Colorado Runner can be found in many speciality running stores and major book stores throughout the state. You can also subscribe to Colorado Runner for $12.97 a year.

Derek and Jessica have also just started a race management company called JD Events. The first event run by JD Events was the Greenland Trail 50K. Many more races are planned for the future. Please click here to find out more about JD Events and the events they put on.
