Jaime Takes Men's Masters 50k Title
INDIANAPOLIS - Michael Wardian (Arlington, Va.), won his third straight USA 50 km Championships on Sunday, running 2:55:50 at the Caumsett State Park 50K in Huntington N.Y. Yolanda Flamino (Hancock, N.H.) won the overall women's title in 3:34:26.

Donley Sets World Record at World Masters Champs
Coloradans took home several age group titles and Christel Donley of Colorado Springs set a world record as Team USA topped the final medal count at the 4th World Masters Indoor Athletics Championships. American athletes won 326 medals -- 146 gold, 99 silver and 81 bronze. Canada took a total of 281 (97 gold), and Germany won 115 (48 gold).

Schafer Fourth As Team USA Takes Second in Junior NACAC Champs
TOBAGO - DelilahDiCrescenzo (New York, N.Y.) and Max King (Bend, Ore.) each won the individual open women's and men's titles to lead Team USA to the respective open team titles Saturday at the sixth annual North America, Central America and Caribbean Athletic Association (NACAC) Cross Country Championships at the Mt. Irvine Resort in Tobago.

Course Records Set At Snowman Stampede
Two course records were set at the 2010 Snowman Stampede 5M/10M. Tera Moody of Colorado Springs ran a 59:34 to set a new course record in the 10M and Wendy Thomas of Windsor crossed the line in 37:07 to lower the 5M course standard. A crowd of 764 finishers helped capped a record year for the Winter Distance Series.

Longmont's Nuta Olaru Takes 3rd Place in Tokyo Marathon
Facing terrible weather conditions at Sunday's Tokyo Marathon, Longmont's Nuta Olaru ran a superb race to finish 3rd in Japan's biggest international marathon. In windy conditions of -2C to +3C degrees, with rain and snow falling throughout the race, the field of 30,000 runners faced the toughest conditions in the history of the race.
