Snowman Stampede 10M/20M (Denver, CO)

On a warm, sunny, February morning, nearly 500 runners took to Cherry Creek State Park for the third annual Snowman Stampede 10M/20M. Charlie Kelly of Boulder (1:58:30) and Heather Hunt of Englewood (2:14:20) led the 20M while Justin McMillan (left, photo by Steve Glass / www.glassphotography.com) of Highlands Ranch and Brandy Erholtz of Bailey clocked 1:01:09 and 1:03:57 to win the 10M.

Charlie Kelly of Boulder set the pace in the 20M, running 1:58:30.

Heather hunt of Englewood was the first female and fifth overall in the 20M, running 2:14:12.

John Gaudette of Denver was second in the 20M, running 1:59:16.

Christine Hval of Highlands Ranch finished the 10M in 1:45:31.

Brandy Erholtz of Bailey was the first female 10M running, hitting the tape in 1:03:57, good enough for tenth overall.
