Etonic Launches New High Performance Running Footwear For 2009

Waltham, Mass., September 10, 2008 - Etonic will hit the pavement in 2009 with an expanded line of technical running shoes in three categories: Neutral Cushioning, Stability Cushioning and Motion Control. The line has added new technology to the popular Praya, Jepara and Minado models resulting in better performance based on ride preference and the degree of pronation.

"Our 2008 line was very successful largely due to our selection of running shoes for the mild to severe pronator and the variety of ride preferences for the technical runner," said Gary Siriano, General Manager, Etonic. "Building on that success, we have added three new models that feature a new version of the patented Dynamic Reaction Plate (3DRPÒ). The 3DRP features an "articulated and biomechanically engineered TPU plate for each category that keeps the foot on a neural plane as it transitions from heel to toe. This works in conjunction with the dual density EVA to enhance stability and support. It is a winning combination in the midsole for the runner."
