DenverRockNRoll.jpgDenver - Runners can expect a rockin’ tour to roll through Denver on October 17th as the inaugural Rock ‘n’ Roll Denver Marathon & ½ Marathon will feature redesigned race route. The course will feature several newly inspired sections of the race route, including more scenic tours of the parks and a loop past the Denver Museum of Nature and Science.

WestEnd3k.jpgThunder, lightning and a downpour of rain couldn't stop the runners at the West End 3K race last Thursday night.

Lee Troop, a three-time Australian Olympian, won the men's competitive race with a time of 8 minutes, 51 seconds. Adam Rich finished a second behind at 8:52 and 2009 champion Greg Reindl finished in 8:53.
