7. Brian Goodack was first in the 30-34 age group.

8. Cameron Dye leads eventual winner Brandon Rakita out onto the run course. Brandon's winning time was 1:06:53. Cameron fell to third during the fianl stages of the 5K run as Josh Merrick blitzed the run stage in 16:17 to Cameron's 18:54. Josh's second place time was 1:07:34, with Cameron three seconds behind.

9. After being over four minutes behind after the swim, Tracy Robertson-Frack came back to win the Little Foot Sprint Triathlon in 1:19:08.
