1. 14,255' Long's Peak towers over the race course early in the morning before the start of the Turkey Trot 5K in Brighton.

2. The leaders at a half mile into the race are (L to R): Keith Baca of Brighton, Fernando Herrera Lopez of Brighton, and Nathan Hatleback of Northglenn. These runners would stay this colse together all the way to the finish as Baca (1st) and Hatleback (2nd) were both timed in 16:43 and Lopez (3rd, 1st master) was timed in 16:54.

3. Sarah Raitter of Estes Park takes the women's crown, finishing sixth overall in 18:20.

4. Steve Bramble of Brighton finishes fourth in 16:59.

5. Vanessa Escatel of Brighton was the second women, cutting the tape in 19:22.

6. Noelle Green of Erie was the third women and first masters, clocking 20:23.

7. Daryl Meyers of Brighton was the first race walker, taking 29:37 to complete the 5K course.

8. Sherrie Gossert of Brighton was the second race walker and first female, crossing the line in 30:28.
