Scoring Information:
FYI - Age Group info and points are different than 2004
series
In each race, points will be awarded to the top 15 male and
female finishers in the open division I (runners ages 1-29) and
the top 15 runners in the open division II (runners ages 30-39).
In the masters competition, the top 10 men and women will be
scored (for runners 40-49). Points will be given to the top 10
finishers in the grand masters competition (runners ages 50-59).
Points will be given to the top 5 men and women in the senior
division (60 and older). Runners may participate in as many
races as they choose, but only the top 10 finishes will count
towards scoring (or any number of races up to 10). For races
with multiple starts, finish line time will be used to calculate
points. If a race has scoring trouble, it may be removed from
the series. For races with multiple events, only the event
listed will be used. Your division is based on your age in the
first race of the year in which you score.
