USATF Cross Country Championship this Saturday, October 20th

The first USATF Colorado Cross Country State championship will take place in conjunction with the RMAC Open at Monument Valley Park (Fontanero and Culebra Ave) in Colorado Springs on October 20th, 2012.

Course Description: 2k loop – 95% crushed gravel/dirt with the start area on grass loop.

The 8K Men’s race starts at 8:30 AM and the 6K Women’s race starts at 9:15 AM.

The race is presented by Boulder Running Company and Nike and offers Prize Money:

Open Men/Women: 1st– $300, 2nd-$200, 3rd-$100, 4th-$50

Overall Male/Women Master: $100

Registration Fee is $10 & Registration Opens/Packet Pick – Up at 7:15 AM

Prize money is limited to 2012 USATF Colorado members, Colorado residents, and U.S. citizens.  Annual USATF memberships can be purchased here for $10.
