Foot of the Rockies specializes in both running and walking shoes. We pride ourselves on providing a proper fit specifically to your bio-mechanical needs. We do this by analyzing your gait either on the treadmill or out on the pavement depending on your abilities and comfort level. From this we are able to tell what type of foot type you fit into and make recommendations from there.
The video gait analysis is a simple way to show you what your gait looks like, don’t forget to ask!
If you have a shoe that has worked well in the past, we can make recommendations from shoe style and wear pattern as well.
